The Recipe of the Little Baked  Soup:



  • 2 peeled potatoes

  • 2 Celery roots

  • 1 Leek

  • 2 Onions

  • 2 Soup spoons flour

  • 4 Carrots

  • 2 Soup spoons tomatoes sauce

  • 70 gram Butter

  • 1 Bouillon cube

  • 100 ml Dark Beer

  • 150 ml Milk

  • 1 Chili pepper

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 package cheese

  • Cooking oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The preparation Method:



  • Cut the carrots in circles.

  • Cut the leek in circles.

  • Cut the Celery in cubes.

  • Cut the onions in small pieces then fry it in a pan with butter.

  • Cut the peeled potatoes in parts an boil it with salt water in a separate pan.

  • In other pan add water and the Bouillon cube to boil the soup.

  • After softening the onion fried with butter add the flour.

  • After that we add the boiled soup with the Bouillon cube and also add the Chili pepper.

  • The pan with the onion put it away from fire and flipping the content in Stainless Steel Mesh and underneath put soup dish.

  • Mix the content in soup dish with soup spoon.

  • Pour some oil over baking pan.

  • In baking pan put the circled carrots and leek.

  • Also add the Celery roots and add salt.

  • Add the lemon juice.

  • Add the potatoes in the baking pan.

  • In the pan of the frying add the meshed content and add the milk and the dark beer then mix.

  • Add the content of the mesh in the baking pan.

  • At the end cover the baking pan by the cheese.

  • Then bake it for 30 minutes – 200 C°
