Goulash Spicy Hungarian Soup


The Recipe:



  • 300 gram pure beef meat (without bones) (goulash).

  • 1 pair dry hot sausages.

  • Batch of fresh Celery, Parsley and Parsnip.

  • 3 peeled potatoes.

  • 2 soup spoon sour cream.

  • 1 onion.

  • 4 Peperoncino .

  • Cooking oil.


  • Black pepper.


 

Goulash Spicy Hungarian Soup


The preparation Method:



  • Cut the onions in small pieces.

  • Cut the meat in cubes.

  • Cut the sausages in parts (1 cm diameter).

  • Cut the batch of the fresh Celery , Parsley and Parsnip in parts as well, then added to water boiling pot and keep boiling.

  • Fry the onion separately in frying pan with the oil cooking.

  • After softening the onion add the meat plus the sausages and then start mixing.

  • Add Salt, Milled Black pepper , 2 soup spoons of red hot pepper As your wish and taste.

  • Pour the boiled water from the boiled green batches of Celery, Parsley and Parsnip.

  • Then add the peeled potatoes to the soup and till boiled well and softened.

  • Add the boiled green batches + the sour cream and mix the soup.

  • It’s looks ready when the meat and the potatoes softened.

  • Serve the soup on soup dish and decorate the top with some fresh parsley on top.
